G'day,
I'm living in Perth and studying at UWA, I have a mate from England who is thinking of coming here to windsurf for the summer. BUT he has been offered a job in Caberete for the summer. I am sure the wind is more reliable here, but have no proof. Is there somewhere I can get an actual real wind archive, (not the forecast).

Cheers,
Stu

If you go to this page,

www.bom.gov.au/climate/averages/wind/selection_map.shtml

It gives you the wind roses for various locations across Aus. These are complied from years and years of data and are essentially the 'average' wind condidtions you should see at a particular time.
