Saw a mention of this in another post...

Anyone know what's going on this year? How many people were at last year's event?

Been a few years since I went - might have to make the effort again this year.

Spoke with Pete at Onboard a week or so ago when getting some gear and he spoke about this year so I believe it's on.

Was my first time sailing down there last year and there were probably 15-20 wavesailers in total last year with Richie Kleisch taking out first prize in nice 17-23knt SE on the friday.

Sat and sunday were 10-12knt non events but the beer and random draws were good value.

Cheers RussH

It is on. The Robe Easter Classis is the longest running wave comp in Australia (I think). Easter is earlier this year so it might be a good one for wind.

Phone Pete on 08 8294 3866 for more info.

Pretty sure Mambo is the oldest running windsurfing comp.
