Can anyone tell me if Safety Bay windsurfing club still exists? None of the links I have found seem to work. I am interested in getting the kids down there for some fun slalom racing - nothing like a bit of competition to improve their skills !

Hey guys,
Go Windsurfing will be operating this summer with kitesurfing and windsurfing lessons. The caravan may of had its time and this summer a classy lil trailer and van will be doing the same old tricks and delivering great lessons.
We are hopefully going to run a kids club, we collected a few ankle biters last summer and hopefully we can build on that and reform the club.
AT THE MOMENT windsurfing lessons will be run from friday to mondays for 4 days a week and kitesurfing im not sure but should be most days as it was busy most days last summer

ALSO we are thinking of running clinics such as carve gybe, tacking, helicoptor tacking,equipment tuning, speed, slalom racing tuition etc and if u want to work on anything just give us a call

So give us a call and lets get the show on the again :)

I think you'll find it is indeed still running and not so long ago held it's AGM. I'm sure you'll see some activity at Bent St in the not too distant future now the sea breezes are starting.
