Can anyone reccomend a hotel,resort or shop that rents good windsurfing gear in Phuket. Also what are the conditions like in early November

i believe november is just coming into season up there... theres a bunch of kiting over at rawai beach (south-east) but thats a fair way from the resorts etc

you'll be paying top $ renting gear there though
