Went to Crazy Waves - how busy was that?!

Never seen so many crew down there - counted 30 guys out at one stage!

Wild day - plenty of wind for all and a great day out.

My highlight was racing bluejuice at 110% throttle only to get a "crazy wave" appear right in front of me, stacked it and ended up knackering myself from the impact! (..oh and gazza having some wild stacks - haha!)

Great to catch up with everybody.

Anyone got any stories?

..Lozza

Thanks Lozza the one and only catapult of the day and it had to be in front of you!

Only bad point of the day was on my last run fell in and got stung by a blue bottle jelly fish right across my lips, chin and throat i've never felt a burning like it bloody thing didn't stop stinging for 2 hours.

worse thing was i looked down at my board as i was water starting and saw this blue thing, in my ignorance thought it might be a blue ring occy, boy did i **** a brick!

Went south to Dunsborough. Swell wasnt up, but the wind certainly was. Last ride I collected a submerged buoy rope. Should have had the weed fin on! Face first into the mast. Broken nose. Was more concerned about damage to the new board. There goes the modelling career. Wonder if there is any work promoting Bell Full Face Motor Bike helmets.

Aah yes their I was just cruising along looking for some peaks to launch off, when I heard the pitter patter of Lozza trying to catch up, so I backed off a bit so he could catch up to me.... and then....he goes and stacks it big time OUCH next time Lozza
Now Gazza hmmm balls of steel face of silk I can't believe of fast he was going blitzed me every run, must be the new bottom modification i did to his little qattro board! I think I need to remodify that board back to it's origional state Gazza
I guess stacking it into a stinger is Karma for humiliating me. Shame you face was as soft as a babies bum must have been that nancy english climate you grew up in.
and Alberto you were fanging around too, that board you were on looked really quick and pointed upwind really well.

You'll keep Paul - I hear that you get infected feet from the warm water organisms up there anyway .. haha

Nothing but coconut palms, white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, duty free grog and never ending wind .. can't see the attraction myself.

aaaaaaaaaaagggggggghh .. come on summer! can almost count the days now..
