Hold the mast height wise, pointy end down. Spear it hard into some grass. It's got to go in a bit. Standing next to the mast, grab it chest high and shake it as hard as you can. Make it wobble as fast and hard as you can. Walk around the mast to wobble at different angles. It works every time for me. If it doesn't, wobble it harder.

Good luck with those masts. If you still can't get them apart after trying all of the above, you could try this, which worked for my mast that I was about to give up on:

I must be very impatient...... After spraying some WB40, I connect one end to a tree, the other to the trailer hook of my car.
Works every time.

Just take it to a spot crowded with experienced windsurfers. Don't ask for help but try to wiggle it apart with your mate or your girlfriend.
After some time people will flock to you as this is a curious breed of people and habitually willing to help.
If it is badly stuck, you will soon be surrounded by a crowd of windsurfers trying all of the above-mentioned methods, one after another.
They might or might not be able to help you with the mast, but that's not the point: No easier way to get in touch. Supportive acuaintances are what you need when you want to get into the sport.
No joke, this is how I got to know some of my best buddies I regularly go windsurfing with.
The efforts killed one of my booms and managed to get the mast apart for some 5 cm and that's it.
I keep it in my carport and am willing to take it to the shore should I ever run out of friends, but don't feel the need at the moment.

The biggest issue with 3+3 people (or more... I have seen 3+3+booms, 5+5, etc) or the car+tree, is that you _are_ likely to separate the two halves, at least to some degree.

But the joint heats up ... a lot... which will cause an sheer-weld using the epoxy. This is typically called galling (frictional heating).

You need to keep the joint cool, or you need to not-stop-moving once the joint starts separating.
