Take a look at this clip, which basically takes you from sailing back to sail inside the boom to conventional stance, by hopping over the boom.

Strictly 8 knots and down stuff (which is just about all I'm getting these days!)

Well, Grinch boy, if you ain't impressed with the move, I wanna see your posting of it !! LOL BTW, am a fella Aussie.

THIS IS NOT AN 8 knots and below. It requires at least 20km/h, else I don't have enough power to jump on top of the boom.
