Get the foam foot pad super dry and then use contact cement. Becareful that you are nice and neat as the contact cement is a bastard to remove in you put it in the wrong spot and leaves a yellow blob if let dry.

yer when the pad came up on one of my boards we just used contact adhesive to stick it back down and hasnt moved since.

We scraped all the crap off from both surfaces with a knife, then washed it, waited for it to dry and then stuck it down with contact adhesive. Make sure you let the contact adhesive compleatly dry before sicking it together because i herd of it not working aswell if u dont.

I have been trying out a new glue which I recently came across in bunnings (sorry for comercial)

Vise Supergrip polyurethane Glue.
www.vise.com.au

Does not work like contact cement, but sticks like schit to a blanket and is waterproof

If you're lucky, you might even be able to find black contact adhesive used to repair wetsuits. It's not that easy to find, but dive shops sometimes have it. Might look a bit prettier than than the usual brown/yellow stuff.
