Don't you love stuff on eBay where the seller has no idea what it is?

Or they make out they don't but soon fade away after a few simple questions.
Wonder why no other items with it, particularly when its got a 2 bolt mast base already fitted
Not too bad an item, if its as good as the seller reckons and its on the up and up.
Keep a log to see what it sells for.

Hows the ankle performing?

Wish someone would give me a starboard evo for a present. I would DEFFENTLY be using it.

IF it's hot surely he would have come up with a better reason for having it. Its a bloody expensive present. And why would someone give a board with no sail? Beats me.

Yeah me too!

Apart from calling straps "bindings" I find his whole description to be the thing that really makes it
stand out as suspect. No windsurfer would ever just regurgitate all of what is written on the board and stick that in as a description. That is, he has no idea what the stuff written on the side of the board means. I mean what WS'er would seriously call it an "EVO91 Tiessda You Mckercher DRAM" ????? I think we'd just say "EVO91" huh.

I hope the people in the area who had EVO's stolen wrote down the serial numbers. It is in the USA, and on rec.windsurfing NG, there is talk that some of the Santa Cruz locals (where it is for sale) have an idea who's stolen board it may be. I think this guy may just find the "buyer" comes to pick it up with a few of his mates to help him "pay" for the board

We get no WS gear stolen where I live, but nowadays I just photo all my gear. Then I save it on the comp as (for eg) EVO92-2004-S-No- SU92375652194.jpg

easy.

Oh yeah and Mineral, going good, only had one sail and foot / ankle was really tired after 45min in about 15-17kn on my big EVO and 6.1m.

No wind since then .... wellll couple of days just just enuf but I was away in Kal for work (no I am not a pro )

Looks like a maybe down here on Tues but I finish work at 3pm.... no daylight saving now means if it is still blowing and I hurry I could get 90min or so. But I will be a winter-ish SW'er so won't be all that pleasant approaching sunset (feeding time, cold, dark etc)........We'll see

Ask the seller if it comes with the vent screw? I noticed in the photo it doesnt have one? And if it comes with a fin and what size? And you could ask him if the mast base comes with the other half? I think Miller has one of those Chinook mast bases and to unscrew them you use the other half which has the allen key type thingo? OR you could act just as dumb and ask him if he has a wishbone for sale as well
