Yeah me too!
Apart from calling straps "bindings" I find his
whole description to be the thing that really makes it
stand out as suspect. No windsurfer would ever just regurgitate all of what is written on the board and stick that in as a description. That is, he has no idea what the stuff written on the side of the board means. I mean what WS'er would seriously call it an "EVO91 Tiessda You Mckercher DRAM" ????? I think we'd just say "EVO91" huh.
I hope the people in the area who had EVO's stolen wrote down the serial numbers. It is in the USA, and on rec.windsurfing NG, there is talk that some of the Santa Cruz locals (where it is for sale) have an idea who's stolen board it may be. I think this guy may just find the "buyer" comes to pick it up with a few of his mates to help him "pay" for the board

We get no WS gear stolen where I live, but nowadays I just photo all my gear. Then I save it on the comp as (for eg) EVO92-2004-S-No- SU92375652194.jpg
easy.
