Where on the Swan River was the promo pic taken? I haven't been able to spot those lush green mountains from Pelican Point

Apologies as Keith Teboul instructed the supplier of the photo above to feature the Quatro Drifter and Kai Lenny in the shot hence the foreign location as we have a limited budget. However, as requested here are true Swan River shots from 24 November 2019, with the first with a fleet start and the second both with the lightweight Windsurfer Class World Champion, Tim Gourlay in the lead. These were both taken by the maestro Matt Holder from a drone flying in ballistic 22-27 knots of wind for which he deserves a medal. I hope this floats your boat on the Swan.
Tim nails another perfectly timed leeward end start
Tim (current Lightweight World Champ) rounding the top mark shows his class and even at 68 kgs can match the Swan River local big boys in the heavy breeze.

For non FB uses can you keep us informed please - particularly dates
No problem Normster-keep your eye on seabreeze and we will publicise here, just not so keen anymore as seabreeze seems to be pit of negativity. We hope you come over and there will be some camping spots available next to Mounts Bay Sailing Club I believe for interstate entrants. More details will be in the notice(s) of race. It is going to be awesome
I advise that the Swan River Festival of Windsurfing is now planned to be taking place on Saturday 1, Sunday 2 and Monday 3 January 2022 with a reserve or additional date of Sunday 9 January, 2022, if required for events. All volunteers are willing and water space is booked. It is going to be awesome ! I am excited about this- are you ?
We now have added a New Years Eve Party for 31 December 2021 and a pre-series invitation race for the pre-regatta festivities. Awesome event taking shape.
Here is a reminder of this great event and our revised brochure. Also we have looked into the issue of numbers for wingfoilers and note at the recent 32 competitor wingfoil regatta held at the esteemed St Francis Yacht Club in California, wingfoilers carried unique numbers on their rashies front and back and just a reminder similar unique and legible numbers will be needed for your wingfoil entries into this regatta. We surmise that PFDs will be worn underneath your rashvest where using the wingfoil adaptation.
Bryan McDonald:
One of the coolest aspects of sailing is the blending of different ages/generations on the water.
Here we have, from left to right, @kai_mirel , @ackermanbilly , @chris.mcdddd , @stefanusviljoen and @chipwasson . So cool to see the groms Kai and Chris mixing it up with the veterans Stefans and Chip (not sure how old Billy is so don't know to call him a grom or veteran .
For reference, here are the places after five races that they ended up:
1) Stefans
2) Billy
3) Kai
4) @usa4 (not pictured)
5) @hnvare (not pictured)
6) Chris
7) Chip
. and the list goes on and on and on to 32 places! #legit
Thank you @stfyc for an amazing regatta!

"@chipwasson ahead of @kai_mirel at the finish of race 2 of 5. "
"The efficiency of these foils, total lack of any type of wake and magical levitation appearance above the waves is awesome to behold. Combined with the simplicity and ease of winging (note, no harnesses are needed and the breeze was a blistering 25-30knots this day) makes entry into this class incredibly appealing." Per Bryan McDonald.
Notice of Race now out.
