Who's up for a sail at Kyeemagh tomorrow? I've never managed to get my head around going for a sail before lunch, but tomorrow could be the day.

I wish! Unfortunately I'm strictly 9-6 mon-fri minimum. One of my bosses is a skier, so I can go to Thredbo on a weekday, but they just don't get windsurfing.

Hey Harrow,

I would of joined you for the sail the other day, but I'm reading this message to late ofcourse, how was it if you did go. Also congrats on the 15th place for your wife good effort.

I still have not bought that sail yet, I will be holding of for a bit more. Hopefully next time I see you at the bay I will take a look at the sail again.

So see you guys on the water on the weekend

Regards
Walt.

Was a decent southerly blowing today so a mate and I decided to keep going past Kyeemagh and head to kurnell to see if it was any good.
Well, apart from the GLAMOURS working in the Silver Beach takeaway shop (i would go back there to buy chewing gum if just to see them again) there really wasn't much to write home about. It was totally offshore, as I expected but I had been led to believe there was some potential for speed runs. Alas there wasn't, as we both discovered after a whole 1 run after we rigged up and went in
We then derigged and went back to somewhere else we thought had potential and DAMN it did!!! But I wanna keep it a secret
So there ya go guys, Kurnell in a southerly aint worth it!

are we talking about my secret spot wineman? If so, I reckon could well work nicely in a Nor Easter
And by the way, i just noticed Sam from Windsurfnsnow cracked over 40 knots on the Bay somewhere yesterday. I'd love to know where cause in his comments he says the chop was about 10cm!!! Where in the hell in Botany Bay in a southerly do you get anywhere that is only 10cm chop?????Sam, where the hell is that spot???

Actually wineman he was, just about 6 hours earlier than I was there. He also got the stronger wind. I was wasting my time over at Kurnell as he was laying down super quick speeds. At least I now know it's THE place for speed runs in Sydney in a Southerly
