Hi Guy's. Yes,it's on again. The Tabou Wave Classic on the Gold Coast. 24th to the 26th March. If you would like an Entry and Information sent to you? Please e-mail [email protected]

or call 04 1997 2005. This year it is expression session format to pick finalists. Eliminated sailors will get a chance to race in the sunday surf slalom "Dash for Cash" prior to the finals. First 60 entries get a competitor pack which includes the event t-shirt. So be quick.

Hope you are right surfn. Statistically March should throw up 24 sailable days on the Gold Coast. It is our second windiest month and the best for sideshore. If we can get a six day southeaster and a bit of Cyclone swell. Lookout. All a big possibility in that time of the year and this part of the world.

Could actually be sailing the alley now. Tomorrow and Thursday look epic. Or at least good fun. I've got a lot on this week. So i am aiming for one Max hour session a day. See you there.

Nothing like a bit of carnage in the surf. Might pull the slalom board out from the rafters, hose the dust off. It must be at least a decade or more since it went dashing for cash - can you enter on the day?

Pre entries are preffered so i can at least get organised. If you are one of the first 60 you will get your value in goodies and beer. The dash for cash is for those eliminated from the wave event. So you will have to be registered and paid by saturday morning at the latest. If you only wish to dash for cash. It will be easy to be eliminated. Just dont sail in the wave event. Or sail really badly to guarantee a start in the Dash.

Hi Guys. If you are a starter in the Tabou. Now is the time to get your entry in. It will help your result. I am making lists for the judges with your identifying marks so they can pick you. If you register late you will be lower on the list. If you register on the day, I will have to hand write your info on the sheets (6 times) for each judge. I am lazy by nature and dont look forward to a lot of extra work that weekend.

You will get your money's worth in freebies over the weekend.
