Had a problem with a piece of gear I got from Windsurfing Sales. I sent Bud an email explaining the problem, and what I was doing to try and fix it.

His reply email was straight to the point: "Stop trying to fix it - it's our problem, not yours!"

Couple of days later and he is knocking on my door (actually he didn't knock, because he saw me out front) to pick up the item and had a brand new replacement for me. Service with a smile.
