I have a thruster wave board that came with a tiny center fin (18 cm) with lots of rake and I've decided the tiny fin is impacting the light wind performance. What fin shape would provide good early planing and still provide good lift for weak cross onshore wave riding conditions? I tried a K4 rocket 20.5 cm fin and that gave the feeling I was looking for, but I managed to destroy it on some rocks. So who makes something as effective but in G-10?
