Smallest sail is 5.5
Ended up getting catapuled and pulled out of the straps and cracked the nose of my new FSW Guess i need to get a 4.0 for the rare days

I didn't. After drinking about 1000 vodka/red bulls on Saturday night and getting to bed at 5:30am, sunday wasn't much fun at all.

was pretty good..

my brother and I headed out to the ocean for some fun, only to find he had forgotten his mast base, and that the bolt i grabbed for my fin didnt actually reach the plate in the fin box

So it was off to the river at South Perth where our gear was kept...
I was on a 94Litre board and 5.3 seeing as my wave board had no fin...
some big jumps and horrid stacks...
and a nice tear in the monofilm of my sail... probably because it spent 3 hours flapping like a flag due to the amount of downhaul I needed...

Was good though

Something about that place, it's always 10X windier than anywhere else.

Sailed Peli Point for 4 hours on a 6.7m. I think a few of us speedsters left some vapour trails behind.

My arms are stretched and my back leg is aching

Yes, I had a ball sitting on the grass with my broken ankle watching everyone having a blast - said in a slightly sarcastic tone

Went down Lucky bay from about 12 to 5, overpowered on 5.0 for the first couple hours, toned down a tad and was very comfortable. Lots of progress on gybes, almost completely plaining!

Was close to getting struck on the head at one point when a bloke tried to use me as a gybing point and lost his grip.

No damage to me or gear, bit sore today though.

got to beach at 11.30 with the 4.7m2 fully powered, sailed for an hour and a half and it was perfect.

got out had something to eat then changed to a 4.2m2 and did a coast run from mets to sorrento, it was full on. choppy, small to medium swell, with a couple of good rolling ocean swells.

4 hours total and feeling it now

Three of us took the boat to Rotto and sailed Spiders near Stark Bay from 1030 - 4pm. 4.0 from start to finish, good fun swell size, then a fun ride home in 35 knots!

Got some good footage - will edit and post on youtube.
