theres nearly that many on the river on any summer weekend.

It's not necessarily that bad an idea, yeah you might not get quick returns, but there is plenty that could be done up there without ruining the "vibe" of the place.
Paul is trying is hardest, but he is between a rock and hard place with people wanting to keep the place native, and others wanting to realise its FULL potential.

coupla years of suitable development can't hurt.
