Freesail got to the point where the content was of such poor quality they would have had trouble giving it away. It also got really full of kite content.

I've been buying Boards and I also like Windsurf (UK) however it has gotten really hard to find now also.

I'll be checking out this mag now. I think there's probably a market for windsurf/kite mags but at the price of magazine's these days I'm not likely to fork out for a mag where only half (or even less) of the content (windsurfing) is relevant to me.

We definately need a decent Aus or Aus/NZ publication. Most of the good one's are from the UK and the pricing and stories about local breaks in Sussex aren't relevant to most of us.

We have a local windsurfing mag. Its on Access 31 on Monday nights. Good on ya. Reg's shirt should provide some interest too

I was looking thruogh a nesagent the other day, to investigate the windsurf mag, and saw to my horror 3 kite surf mags and this one from NZ. How can this be and we cant support one.

Yes, n to disappoint more, the Oz KiteBoarding Mag (KBM) is full gloss and comes with a dvd too . I bring back heaps of W&K each time I pop to NZ as the mags are distributed free there. I reckon we should start a Wind & Kite one here, who knows, we might bring the 2 communities together! The kiwis have a very close relationship between the two, in fact, they all belong to one association in Christchurch. It was amazing when I attended their AGM last year, everyone was so friendly, no bitching, no politics.

I supbsribed to the American Mag 'windurfing magazine' and i know it's not that relevant cos it's american...however it was only about $32 for 6 issues and you get them ahead of schedule (recived teh march issue the other day) so it's not a bad deal really! only had a quick look through so far but seems pretty good for the $5 or something you pay per issue! better than the $15 or so from the newsagent i reckon :)
