The wwa committee meeting was last night and the issues of how wwa communicates with windsurfers was discussed.
The following conclusions were made:

We will be posting things in the general seabreeze windsurfing forum.
We will update our website of any news etc.
It is your responsibility to check these information avenues.
We will send out information to members regularly.

Also for those that would like to attend wwa meeting or get information regarding wwa meeting, please email Dan Engdahl (president) requesting any information you require. His email address is on the WWA website.

Please not the WWA is volunteer based and that we can not demand work of people who are not getting paid for their efforts. Those who are WWA shall lend a hand and make WWA better for all, instead of just taking from WWA. Critisize only if you are willing to actually volunteer your time and improve WWA. Man hours are limited with the committee and there are things we would like to do and could do with more volunteers.

Regards

Chad Silver

Criticism is only forthcoming to those who stick their necks out and ask for it. I can recall a post from someone who mentioned something on this site about listing events and results in regards to WWA on seabreeze. You might think that it was a simple request from someone thinking of the general windsurfer (member of not). A committee member piped up and showed how he took criticism/ideas and responded with arrogance proclaiming that this privileged information will be only listed at the WWA site. Nonetheless, he should be dining out on some apple humble pie, as that site is no more (forum). So, if you can't take some advice/criticism don't stick your neck out......turtle

true,i agree, personally it was sort of worrying that so little results actually did get published.
As a sailor, I was personally frustrated that many of the event i went in didnt seem to have results.
