Has anyone ever watched (and found useful) a wavesailing instructional video? Looking at pictures on the web and in magazines gives some clues as to how to do a move (eg Goiter) but a video would be much more helpful!

Seeing as there is no wind around here, a video is the best training I'll get before the Birubi event!

Any ideas/views/videos/DVD's appreciated!

Thanks

There's one called "serious about waves" by Peter Hart which is alright, basic wavesailing tactics and techniques

I think I got my copy from John at SOS ....

Warning: watching it will leave you seriously gagging for a sail...

Just received from the US a DVD called Wave Sailing Secrets Revealed. Bought it off the web and took 5 days to get here. Web site is www.wavesailingserets.com.

Starts off with the basics and goes right through to every trip in the book. Very straight forward and easy to follow. Best part is being able to skip through the chapters and picking out what you want to learn.
