Yes, an easy 2 hour commute from home. Dunno why i don't do it more often. Got to beat a 12 hour drive for no result. Except the hangover. Shimmy, Yamba will suit you. Easy fun sailing, at any level.
Like dude, that like sooo totally sucks man!! Gonna head to West Oz before i head back to the UK for christmas. Would so go if not. Have fun though dude. Make sure u go for those forwards, they're easier than gybes!!
awesome...actually me and the mrs have been planning a trip down there for a while....might grab a room at a hotel for a few days and bring the rig...anybody know of a hotel near either location?

Lots of accom near there. Anywhere in town is good, Pippi is at one end of the main street, Whiting is at the other. We are staying at calypso c'van pk. The Pacific Hotel has rooms, and there are heaps of Motels in that area.
Mmmmmm. Yamba. Looks like the wind is back to the NE for the weekend. Looking strongest on Monday. But i'm thinking it will happen. If not, i'll just have some beverages and surf.
