On my Starboard the corner of the foot pad has lifted off the deck. I was wondering what to use to stick it back down? I was just going to use 5 minute araldite? Is there a better solution? Will types of glue damage or soften the board making it delam, dent or even crack when landing jumps?

Selleys "Kwik Grip" or similar "contact adhesive". Same as used to stick laminex bench tops down. Smear on both surfaces, wait for it to dry (10min ish) and press together.
5 min Araldite and just about any other waterproof glue will work though, but you will have to hold the pad down while it sets. That's where Kwik Grip is best, it will hold straight away if you let it dry on both surfaces *then* press it down for coupla seconds.

I agree with Mark_Australia - the Kwik Grip is waterproof and you use it by applying to both surfaces, and when both touch dry - apply pressure. In fact the stuff sticks so well that if you are putting on replacement pads you have to be extremely careful of initial placement when you put the two surfaces together, as you probably wont get them apart again without ripping the pad. Cheers, Gary.
