Hi all,
I have just bought a 8 foot fibreglass dinghy and I am wondering what is the correct size motor to put on it.

I am considering the three and a half horsepower Toshiba which weights twelve and a half kilos and costs $950 new.

Hi mate,

I think you might have posted in the wrong forum section (you're in windsurfing), try the sailing/boating

I would not use a laptop - gather u mean Tohatsu?

Honda, Yam, Tohatsu, Mercury or Mariner. Can't go wrong with any, its pretty much only a price decision I reckon.

A 7m is good in almost any condition, give it plenty of downhaul
