When I was 18 (almost 20 years ago) you could almost walk across to Towra Point by stepping from one sailboard to the next. I can't believe how much the sport has died since then. Am I wrong? I went to look at some new gear, and found my nearest store was at Collaroy !!!!

There used to be half a dozen stores within ten minutes drive of my home at Blakehurst. Where has everyone gone????

Same as any sport. No big deal.

Plus Dolls isn't the most exciting place to sail. People probably try other places, or get into wavesailing.
