Looks like I'm going for a holiday in Vanuatu during mid March, probably staying in the Port Vila area. Has anyone ever sailed around there? I hear it is a fairly windless place Thinking of hopping on a boat and floating over to newcaledonia
That time of the year should be same as Noumea...end of season but still some moderate wind. You may have to go around to the windward side of the island but mainly reef that side, so not much access.
Don't think any resorts have decent gear for good sailors....
