I had few questions, but nothing serious, what do you think is wrong in this? Price is not appropriate or more the equipment?
What did I say to scare potential buyers ? Thanks for the feedback guys! I will amend accordingly...!

PACK - Windsurf Freestyle / Wave Naish 2005 - ALL INCLUDED - PACK for $900. For board only, please call me.

I am selling my windsurfing gear. The pack includes:

Board Naish: Wave 85L 2005 (248 x 58 cm)
2 Masts Naish: 400 and 460 2005 (both 75% Carbon)
3 Sails Naish: Session 4.5m / Boxer 5.8m / Evolution 7m
1 Boom: Chinook Alloy 152 - 214 cm

Board is clean. No dents or rust. No damages.
Masts are cleans. Used but in good shape. No damages.
Boom is clean. Used but in good shape. No damages.
Sail Boxer 5.8m is clean. No damages.
Sails "Session" 4.5m and "Evolution" 7m are damaged but ok to use (homemade fixed with professional sailing transparent tape) - both still holding very well. Mast sleeve of Sail Session 4.5 damaged, still holding very well. See pics.

Overall, very versatile pack for windsurfers with the basics. If you are a real beginner this may not be for you though.
From 7m freeride to 4,5m wave the wind range you will cover will be from 15knots up to 40 knots.
I love the board - it is a smooth one. Big enough to feel safe when wind is dropping but flying in strong conditions.

Other included: Fin / Mast extension / Mast base / protections (see pics).

This is ready to go !
Attractive price - I am the second owner and bought everything from a friend from Hawaii and would like to sell the pack in one go.

For the whole kit it is probably a little bit on the high side price wise, for the age of the gear, but not obscenely so.

1st thing I notice is that the price you have for the ad is $400 but the actual pack is $900. You may get more views if the main "TAG" is for a full kit / complete package etc.

Second thing is it is not the sort of board a beginner would purchase and is too small a board for an intermediate average adult male. It's a pack I might consider as a gift to my stepson who is 14 so that he could have all his own bits but not at $900.

It wouldn't hurt to rig the gear up and put someone in a bikini in the shot

That said halve the price and wait, summer is coming and I am sure there will be some Euros who need a set up!

Thanks Guys. Good to have your point of view. I never saw my gear as "vintage" but it's starting to get old that's true !!!
With a good wind and in good shape, I am faster than any expensive 2014 JP !!! (but the ride is less smoothy for sure).

I was one of these "euros" 5 years ago and the pack was a great opportunity. :-)
Got 7 boards back in France - up to Formula and 12 sq metres but bloody painful to travel with equipment.

- Will drop the price as I want the gear to be used rather than waiting in my garage for nothing.
- Will re-word and highlight the PACKAGE thing. That's something which could make the difference I believe. All is included...

Agree, that was my concern as well.
5.8 fits perfectly, 7m freeride is definitely top of the range.

Yes it is 85L but don't forget it's nearly 60cm wide. And pretty thick in the middle.
I am 75kilos and don't sink with 7sq metres on it - even when not moving.

What you're saying is probably true in waves I believe (which was the first purpose of this board I agree)

I use the boxer 5.8 for most of my sessions (mainly in Rose Bay and Botany Bay - so flat) and the gear was balanced.

Will have to plan a trip in WA and do my first big session real waves to change my feelings
