whats the thought on this??? both kiteboarders and windsurfers, lets look at putting a request into council to extend the car park facilities here, a further loop to the north from the exisiting end of the culdesac, with say an additional 50 car park spots would be great, would also allow us to easier access to the nicer beach away from the drain, Is Dawny still the member for southport?? Anyways im sure this has been tried before, but as they say, the squeeky wheel gets the grease! comments please.......

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have been giving some thought to having the G.C.C.C.
erect some permanent park benches under the trees at your windsurfing
spot as I have noticed that you people spend most of your time there.
We are also considering filling in the western Broadwater channel to
the middle sandbar to extend your parking/sitting area.This would be
of great benefit to you. Also a G.C.C.C. funded Cafe will be erected.
We are in the process of building wind breaks for Rock'n'Roll Al
and you people just to make conditions a little more gustier.
