Bit windy, felt like was kiting to survive some of the time.
But fun never the less...

What was even more fun was watching some deal with the shore break.

It was the bloke that runs this site on one of those kites

I was on my trusty ol' JP FSW 84... It was too big, like my 4.7 I was a little sore after the City to Surf and couldn't be arsed re-rigging.

Was that you on the blue SSD with an aerotech

yeah that was me got washed ahore twice, then broke the outhaul - so didn't actually get out, probably a good thing though, if it wasn't some of my gear that broke it was probably going to be a knee or something...

I was on the pink and black kite
Fun, but a bit of a handful.

We should all wear t-shirts with our alias emblazoned across it for easy identification.

Good Idea. Luckily my gut is wide enough to fit the word GRUMPLESTILTSKIN in capitals and still have space on the sides.

Maybe, but at least it would come with air brakes. Did you go a larger free style or pocket knife, bigger the better. What's with the sore ars3, you do know your not supposed to sit on it.

Use a 25m mast to get ya sail up in the good clean air might work ok.
Or just get a kite and some strings seems to work real good.
Getaway.
