Oh dear whether to sail today or not,the last 4 days have included 2 mast base failures,1 broken batten. 1 lost fin ,1 broken harness line and one damaged boom.How am I to explain these needed items to the Minister of War and Finance.

Tell her it is because you have become so good that you are exceeding the limits of your gear. Thus you need new pro stuff

My mistress insists that I buy her a trinket of equal value to my spending on windsurfing and other toys. Then when my wife finds out she insists on a spending budget equal to the or greater than the combined spend. ** it gets expensive.
