There's no Sandy Point in SWest WA if that's what you're looking for.
There's nothing in mandurah that is as flat for as long as the pond in safety bay.
Elmo and I have one or 2 spots, most are known, "Binny's Beach" is a well known spot but is weed and tide affected, and all 3 the speed runs become shallow non-traversable sand bars (Some of Elmo's and my famous catapults have occurred here), One speed run is so weed overgrown that it is now unsailable on most tides, and the others are just as you are starting to hit top speeds, you have to pull out

. The problem with Binny's beach is it gets very crowded. save your petrol. The reason I don't come to safety bay anymore is because of the crowds, why waste time and petrol to be crowded, rather sail in a slightly inferior, sometimes equal place, but with just Elmo, myslef, and occassionally binny.
