They go well too... You often see them on the sand spits at Sandy Point. Although they dont usually do forward loops - on land even...!

yeah thats an awsome video clip, dont they call that the dutch roll.
one of my mates has a blokart, fantastic once the wind gets up
once you put on a reach you can just go along on 2 wheels
its a really cool feeling.

Yeah I just love blokarts, those tiny little circles you can do, spraying dirt every where. As you say flying along on 2 wheels, and so much speed!!! 90kmh is not to be sneezed at!
Then it all packs up into a small suitcase!

Has anyone seen the landyachts in action at Safety Bay?

I think they have a Blokart division there now, but from memory the class 88's are a fair bit faster.

Yep, had a couple of goes out there on a mates blokart, it's an awesome venue, very flat and smooth.
Think you're right the big stuff is faster, but much less convenient, you can't fit 2 or 3 of them in your boot!
I haven't seen then race together, so can't be sure.
