In the rush to get out of the rain this morning at dutch inn i left my boom behind, either in the car park, or really close to it. It was a hydrodynamix wave boom 135-180 cm with dakine adjustable lines. Its VERY important i get this back because its not mine, im only borrowing it! If anyone has picked it up they can contact me on 9271 9653, 0432 870 585 or just post here and ill get you some beer.

Well its been over a month and ive still heard nothing. For those of you who remember, this was one of the best days of the last few years at dutchies, with lots of sailors out. I know for a fact there were people out all day, and i only went back to my mates house for lunch before i went back to rerig 2 hours later, and couldnt find my boom in the car. It would suprise me if a member of the general public picked this up, as they would have been just metres from where other people were rigging.

Although i really doubt this is the case, if i see anyone out on the water with it, ill recognise it because it was basically a prototype. Thanks for listening to my whinge!

Pretty lousy that a fellow windsurfer would not return some gear found on the beach.
As Dave said it was on loan for him to evaluate, which he did in the Gear Review section a while back.
Dave feels pretty bad about losing the boom so guys keep an eye out for it.
It's pretty distinctive with a carbon fibre head and there is only a few around Perth as most were sold up north.

Check out the photos.
