well we got out finally, after standing around and waiting for the wind to swing se, it kind of hit, gusting 10-20knots s-se, horrendous southerly sweep, big swell, awesome fun, bloody hard work!

I think the window of sailing time was about 2.30pm to 3.30pm.

4 of us out there, with Juniors first sail on the goldy in a few months.

was a good time. a little bit disjointed after the storm. if sunday had of been another normal day we would have seen good numbers on the water. at least 10 people had a cleanup to do before heading home.

lots of sympathy for the locals at this point. they have a big cleanup in front of them. the sounds of chainsaws could be heard all sunday. when i left they still had no power and i reckon it may be another day before they are sorted.

a few of the guys, nebbian and co stayed up there again tonight for another session on monday.
