Any marine place. Tell them you want 4mm high strength for sail downhaul and they will show you the right stuff.
I bought some yesterday at Whitworth's. They are at Caringbah, but I'm sure places like Hunts Marine, etc. will also have what you want.

No, don't know Peter bloke.
Unicycle? No didn't see it, but will keep an eye out. Will be no mistaking who you are then. Ever tried to attach a kite the the unicycle. Now that would be a lot of fun along the Botany Bay cycle way.
