My 95ltre is no longer immaculate .. I didn't line up the plastic nob on the mast base properly when I screwed it in and by the time I noticed it had torn the top clear coating underneath.[}:)] It's only cosmetic but is there any easy way to touch it up? I cut all the ragged bits off and there is now a few patches a few cms across where there is no top coat.
I can provide photos if necessary..

A single close-up photo might help explain, but in all likelyhood if it is only cosmetic, just chalk it up as "dont do that again".

Do check to ensure you haven't put a hole in the deck which may allow water entry.

It's only superficial no damage to the deck just the 1mm of clear coat on the surface it was just abraded with plastic.

Just get some Solar Res which most windsurfing or surf shops should have and get a product called intergrip made by the boat paint manufacturer international, it's used to put on boat decks etc to make them non-slip and sprinkle it over the solar res while it's still wet and put the board in the sun. 5 minutes your done. Just make sure you get the Solar res fairly flat while you apply it because it will dry in whatever shape you leave it, it doesn't really flow out by itself much.
Maybe if you know someone with a steady hand like an artist or the like you can get to do it for you.
