Who will be the lucky first to have their gear driven over? Will it be the first timer sailor who has saved his money and spent time with simon learning the ins and outs who has his new pride and joy squashed! Hmmmm smart people those windsurfers who now use the space that once was used for rigging as a parking lot. From the superstars to the beginners, i thought that keeping this space open and car free was an obvious advantage for safe rigging and transportation of gear to the water. Users that i thought knew better are the worst offenders as they park their cars right next to the path. It dosen't matter whether you are a superstar or a beginnier excessive sun and wind has affected your judgement............what's up stairs is for thinking........hmmmmmmmmm

I was wondering when there will be a mast go through a window as some poor sole has to wind their way through the maze.

While I agree with your sentiments in general terms, I'm not sure your tone will help your cause much.

Like Alby, I am getting a little tired of weaving my way through the cars parked side by side, and I must say some people's level of common sense as to where they park leaves a bit to be desired. The word "selfish" springs to mind.

I miss the grass, and I hope when (if) the council gets their act together and builds a new rigging area everybody is kept off it to save us from ourselves.
