i been practicing my sail rigging now for exactly 4 days 5 mins and 6 seconds. reckon i have got it down to a fine art.

my record time is 1 hour 5 mins and 6 secs. timed it with my very expensive and cool gps.

i like to drive to the beach, put on my best tracksuit and then go to work. i have found that a head band works a treat to keep the sweat out of my eyes which allows my finely tuned hardcore biceps to achieve their maximium work rate.

screw sailing. i spent a fortune on my gear. why risk breaking it. it is more fun to just rig it up and then pack up and go home with a huge smile on my face.

i tried a winch. just broke that with my massive amounts of strength.

i have also found that leg stretches, wrist stretches and neck stretches prior to rigging make my bulk subtle and ready to spring into athletic action.

i think the real key is to take my mind to a special place. the more special the better. sometimes i imagine myself standing on the beach, my surrounds silent. my hi tech wind gauge registering 100 knots and me, with my gear boxes at the ready. my mast bag, fin bag, boom bag, sail bag, boom bra, and clamp protector all perfectly aligned in their seperate compartments and ready for the job at hand.

i hope with lots of support and practice i can become a serious contender and get my times down to 1 hour 5 mins and 4 secs

another dharma initiative.

What are you doing with windsurfing stuff anyway?

Kitesurfing's way cooler, and the chicks dig it.

God Gestalt,... he he ... cant stop giggling.
You should make a video of that and post it for the faithful.
We could all use some guidance.
For some reason it brings to mind R Crumb's Pro Junior.

hi guys,

nothing like a bit a harmless self-parody.

we should do a video, it would be fun. we could get the chair police involved as the audience. use a starters gun.
