Since alot of people use GPS up at the broadwater, I was jst curious to see what sort of top speeds people get?

Elmo on this site has a 65.7km/h about 35 knots, and me 62.5 km/h about 33 knots

37.1kn but that was a peak so don't know how accurate it was but it makes me feel like i'm good. weight vest are gods present to the little people

just a questions about these speeds. What was the windspeed at the time? and you record the speed on a beam reach?

yeah your sailing real deep at these speeds, its the only way you can stay on. on my run it was gusting 45kn, there were other guys out there hitting 39's. its amazing to watch

Paul from the train has clocked a 38.something knot run, but he owns a better chair than the others

Hi guys I just come back from sandy point trip with Paul and about 10 other Queenslanders man that place goes off I clocked 42Knot 2sec and 37.9 over 500 metres.

I went out to Cabarita with my new (OK secondhand but new for me) matchstick, otherwise known as a JP Freeride...

Stats are as follows:
Time on water: 5 hours
Total time on board: about 50 seconds
Beachstart attempts: over 100
Successful launches: about 10
Furthest distance travelled while on board: 30 metres

I'm coming to the conclusion that a fat pie-eater like me needs a more voluminous board...
