I have bought a few booms, mast and other stuff from them. Friendly and helpful guys - difficult to get on the phone but they always return a call. Had a little trouble with a delivery but nothing to do with them (it was a freight companies mistake). Loft boom seems really good (especially the clamp) and I've had plenty of Gun stuff in the past so I have no hesitations in buying it.

Bud - one of the guys, seems to have a good idea about a business plan - basically get a load of high quality reasonable priced windsurfing kit ideal for people who can't afford NP/North/Gaastra etc.

Bogey,

I've had two orders from them. I have purchased a gun mast, loft sails and boom and have found them all to be of good quality and excellent value.

They are very customer service focused. Gear has all arrived well packed. They are not always available on the phone, but will always return an email or phone message.

I would definitely recommend them.

Regards,
Harrow.

Bought a loft boom, used it twice so far. Only thing I noticed was sand getting in by the back (where u adjust the length). There was heaps coming out when I rinced it (more then any boom I've owned anyway). Otherwise it looks like good stuff for that price!

Go via the net, they deal direct. Net has contact details.
Havnt had any need to deal with them yet as far as purchase of item. I have asked questions about their gear and as the rest of answers, they are friendly happy to help out.

woody46, they are in Bundanoon, NSW (yeah, nowhere near the water!!) but provide a good mail order service with low (sometimes zero) postage costs.

I bought a mast from them on condition that it conformed pretty closely to spec. I deposited the dough. They sent the mast. I measured the mast. It was off spec. Sent it back and they refunded the money as soon as it arrived and they paid for all the postage. That's good service.
