I take the responsibilty(sacrifice) for the nice seabreezes this week as i cant sail due to sore back.

Yes and he was faster than me, as u would expect from the 40knot man!!

Ah but the downside i suppose is now he wont be happy unless he is pushing 40knts.

Where as us mere mortals can be happy with mid+ 30's.
