That Flash trailer is too neat
Bit of a tip, with mine I glued cut down pool noodles to the top of the timber rails that the boards sit on. I then got some noodles with the hole down the centre, cut this and put them on the vertical sides, just in case a board clipped that edge. something a bit more forgiving when you slide the gear in and out.
You dont have to use pool noodles, and looking at rail spacing it may be too thick but its what I had in the shed at the time.

Nice pics Chris, really captures the vibe and is something we will appreciate even more when it fills back up.
Hi Mineral,
I used the EVA foam tiles and cut them into strips that suited the pine rails. I wanted the lowest profile possible. I have glued them to the ribs on the wall in case of movement or clipping the side when feeding the board in. The front rack has padded nose columns that are angled over the board so that it it is wedged onto the bottom rack. I prefer the pine racks because I have changed the configuration so many times. I think I am almost happy now. Just need to fit the coreflute tray to the top rack with a drain hose for wet sails.
