That guy seems to have lots of ideas but few actual results.
Biggest accomplishment to date driving fishing trawlers in a river and filming 1/2 foot waves created off the wake.
i don't think that's anything special, surfers have known for years that thick bull kelp does the same thing naturally in Tasmania and California.
