Ive just got a 6.2m cammed Sailworks Syncro c 2001. I'm used to non cammed sails / wavesails etc & Im frustrated at the lack of feel in this sail.
I can tell when i have my non cammed sails at the right angle to the wind but this gives no feed back.How do you know when you have the sail pulled on just right?
Im still getting my harness line length etc setup.Im intermediate ( used to be " advanced' back in the 90's but things have changed - I was out of the loop for years & now Im older & less fit.)
My rig is old & the boom so short I cant outhaul the sail much + the mast etc arent ideal.I use a 45cm extension which causes hassles rigging the bottom cam but I can eventually rig it so its not too bad.
