Hi ,
My GT 31 battery works 5 minutes only after charging .There also is specific electrolyte smell from GT 31 unit.My GT is older than 2 years so ,not valid waranty. So I opened GT 31 body and found that battery is leaking electrolyte.
Is it possible to buy new battery for replacement?

Purchased one off ebay it was slightly longer by few mils but fitted in the gt31 housing without a problem and works a treat.
I clipped the plug off the old one and soldered on the wires to the new battery used double sided tape to hold in position.
