To all who are wondering what we're blathering on about, it's the way that people are distributed to teams when they register.

When someone registers, the team captains in that state get a message on their screen saying that there are people waiting for teams. If the person nominates a team then that captain gets an email as well.

The captain can then accept the person into their team, or just leave it for another team captain in their state.

When I wrote this I was getting absolutely swamped with foreign registration PDF's (averaging around 5 a day) so had to do something quickly or I would have gone insane!
