Looks like we'll see an improvement on gps accuracy in phones and u-blox gps systems in the coming year. The Ruskies are updating the firmware on their GLONASS gps birds to reduce tropospheric and ionospheric interference by 70 to 80%. Overall positional accuracy will be improved.
