Had a better one today, not as much wind so wasn't intimidated so went for too many Gs and spun the fin out, twisted my foot in the strap, but it's feeling ok now. Trouble is these days, I can't tell how much damage I've done, sometimes it doesn't feel too bad but by the time I get home, it's all seized up, others it just fades away and I'm right in a few hours. Fortunately this time it was the later.

I think I have discovered every way do destroy a good alpha, but it would take an age to list them.
I had one like yours a couple of weeks ago, when a gust hit me just as I was gathering in the sail. I hadn't been catapulted for ages. I tore some supporting structure on my index finger and it's still sore, especially after sailing.

Long dangly harness lines? Try slightly shorter and rigid. Flying Objects red fixed lines are awesome for preventing unwanted hookers.

Roo thanks mate Its not much more than my previous PB but nice to get over 27.
I am going to try and do alot beter than this I have never tried before on this board but it showed the potential.
My GT31 didnt go flat it died I found out later I only have one GT31 left so will order a canmore.
Now if only they can put my results back up as they are proven that would be nice.
