Hi Guys. My paqua seems to have developed a leak. My GT31 is still working for the time being, but I'll need to replace the paqua. Are there any new alternatives, like for phones etc that would be better or more suitable? Cheers.

Zip lock lunch bags mate double bag it before putting it in the paqua

- Basic protection: tape around all the edges and door hinge

- Ultimate protection: Food vacuum sealer, got it from Aldi at 70 dollars with a ton of bags, then insert into paqua. Cut the bag longer so you can re-seal it many times

Good idea. And you can operate the buttons thru the bag? Put my Canmore through regular wash cycle, medium spin a few days ago. Appeared dry on the inside when I took the cover off but still won't go.

Yes you can if you don't set the vacuum. But I usually leave it locked. It is a bit harder to see the display through those ridged bags
