The one with the AHD 116L may be alright, though it depends on your weight. Will need to confirm the width of the board as this is the most important thing to consider especially when learning. Also, this board comes with a heap of gear that may put it out of your price range.
The other two boards are very old school. I learn't on these type of vintage boards and it isn't easy. However, I always knew this was the sport for me so I was not going to give up, plus I always planned to upgrade to new gear. The newer boards, say late 90's onwards, are much easier to use.
Just bear in mind that I think there would be a few guys in Yeppoon or Rockhampton that may have some gear that may be suitable.
The Yeppoon sailing club does have some modern begineer gear, but I think you may have to be a member to use it. Have a chat to them.
Also, check out the following Qeensland shop's web sites below, they may also be able to provide good information and may even have some appropriate gear in your price range.
