Most sailing is done at Currumbin or North Kirra.
I consider myself intermediaterish and have some truly excellent sails at both locations, and a couple of poor ones. I found the common problem is when the wind is too onshore in direction, making it difficult to get out. When the wind is right, a cross-onshore, ... it can be good

Keep an eye on these forums and be on the lookout for a North Wester, which is best at North Kirra. People will post on here if they are going.
While on the topic does anybody still sail Narrowneck? I've been a few times but the wind is always flaky and weak compared to the broadwater.
Bring on Summer.
