Hi all,
Recent holidays to Cootharaba have inspired me to try my hand at windsurfing.
I was wondering if anybody knew of any instructors within reasonable distance of Bundaberg? I'd like some lessons to get a good grounding (I attempted to teach myself on a One Design rig a few years ago but it wasn't successful... at all!) I've tried searching Google but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks, Dave

You would be lucky to find an instructor within reasonable flying time from Bundaberg, PM me and I will do what I can to help get you started.

Dave can you give us more details? How old are you? How much free time do you have?

Do you have any gear yet?

If you like Cootharaba a group of us get together there most school holidays including a team from Bundaberg area.

We'll be there in week before Easter and school holidays after.

I take beginner gear to Elanda if you need help to get started.

I recon some time spent at Elanda with us and you'll be able to make some decisions how you want to progress.

There is also active group operating at Hervey Bay - have you been in contact with them? Also Andy has a windsurfing shop at Hervey Bay.

Cheers Jeff
